The beginning of a long process involving craftsmanship and high technology. Around a blade in stainless steel 14C28N from Sandvikcut, tempered and ground to Thiers, French capital of cutlery.
The knives are entirely assembled, shaped, surfaced and polished by passionate cutlers.

Maintenance tips
In order to keep your knives in their original condition we advise you to wash them by hand with soapy water and a soft sponge.
Dishwasher safe.
Regular sharpening will help maintain the edge of your knives.

The Lepage team can personalize your knives with laser engraving. The engraving will be deep for durability, and will be carried out on the back of the knives for overall harmony.
